Reduce Bread Wastage

Bread Wastage in Grocery

Reduce the carbon footprint yearly with 3 tons for just one store!

Our Bread Waste Management system for grocery retailers reduce bread wastage with more than 30% in participating stores. For a grocery chain with 200 stores this represent a saving of close to 1,5 million bread a year and in addition, a saving of 1000-ton CO2 yearly.

Our system is based on a combination of historical information and real-time sales data -resulting in very precise ordering and baking plans.
